We are especially proud of our devoted, highly trained staff for their positive influence on the many youth who visit our campus. The relatively small size of our camp enables us to create a close-knit community through staff interaction with campers/students. All Mountain Campus staff must complete a rigorous 2 week training and certification program. Our staff is handpicked from a pool of qualified individuals based on their experience working with youth, outdoor education/adventure skills, personal background, in-depth personal interviews and pertinent certifications.
